11.01
The following shall be holidays recognized by this Agreement: New Year's Day Labour Day Good Friday Armistice Day Victoria Day Christmas Day June Holiday (Discovery Day) Boxing Day Canada Day Thanksgiving Day The day set for Civic Holiday WB yh yy
11.02
In the event a Special Holiday is proclaimed by the Provincial Government, other than those set forth in this article, it is agreed that such day will automatically become part of this Agreement.
11.03
In lieu of paid gazetted holidays, each employee shall receive five (5%) percent gross wages weekly.
