Sub-Contractors
18.01
No principal contractor shall sub-contract or assign any work described herein to any sub- contractor who is not signatory to this Agreement. Any principal contractor found to be in violation of this clause by arbitration shall reimburse Local 779 for all lost wages and benefits as liquidated damages.
