Shift Work and Split Shifts
9.01
If the Company is desirous of working additional shifts, other than the regular day shift, Employees shall be paid an additional $2.50 per hour for all hours worked between 8pm and 6am.
9.02
Employees working a split shift shall be paid an additional $2.50 per hour for all hours worked.
9.03
Employees working a split shift and are required to work in excess of twelve (12) hours from the commencement of their shift to obtain an eight (8) hour shift shall be paid double time for all hours worked in excess of twelve (12).
9.04
Split shift shall occur on day shift only and there shall be only one (1) split only in a split shift.
9.05
There shall be no pyramiding of shift premiums.
9.06
Split shift shall apply to kitchen and Commissary only
