Duties of council

(1) The council may advise the minister
17(a)
on the administration of the Act and the regulations;
17(b)
on occupational health and safety; and
17(c)
on those other matters relating to occupational health and safety that the minister has referred to the council for its advice.
17(2)
The council may advise the minister responsible for the Radiation Health and Safety Act, 2021 on the administration and enforcement of the Radiation Health and Safety Act, 2021 and the regulations under that Act.
