(1) The Occupational Health and Safety Division of the department is continued.
19(2)
The division shall administer this Act and the regulations.
19(3)
The division shall co-operate with the Workplace, Health, Safety and Compensation Commission, including the provision of information to the commission, where it is necessary for the purpose of this Act and Part II of the Workplace, Health, Safety and Compensation Act, 2022.
