The division
25(a)
shall be concerned with occupational health and safety and the maintenance of reasonable standards for the protection of the health and safety of workers and self-employed persons in the province;
25(b)
shall either alone or in conjunction with the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission, another department of the government, or an agency, prepare morbidity and accident statistics of workers and self-employed persons.
