A copy of an order made under sections 27 to 30 and section 42.2 or confirmed or varied under section 32 shall be provided by the officer or assistant deputy minister to
35(a)
the occupational health and safety committee at the workplace where one has been established;
35(b)
the worker health and safety representative at the workplace where a representative has been elected or appointed; or
35(c)
the workplace health and safety designate at the workplace where one has been designated.
