Vacations
10.01
Ten percent (10%) Vacation Pay shall be paid on gross wages weekly.
10.02
All Employees who have been in the employment of the Company for a twelve (12) month period shall receive two (2) weeks unpaid vacation. Employees who have been in the employment of the company for six (6) years or more shall receive three (3) weeks unpaid vacation. All vacations shall be prior scheduled by mutual agreement between the Employee and the Employer.
