Compensation
17.01
Employees shall be furnished with tools on all foam glass jobs, cutting tools for stainless steel complete with storage box for the same before the job commences. Failure for the Employee to return the said tools once the job has been completed: the cost of the same shall be deducted from the Employee’s paycheque.
17.02
The Company will compensate for clothing ruined on job on which excessive amounts of mastic and adhesives are used unless protective clothing was provided.
17.03
When employees are required to provide tools (as per Article 14:03), the employer will provide appropriate locked facilities for tool storage.
