Protection of Union Principles

The removal of journeyman ironworkers and apprentices from a job in order to render legal assistance to other local union to protect union principles shall not constitute a violation of this Agreement, provided such removal is first approved by the General Executive Board and one (1) day's notice thereof is first given to the Employer involved, but by this paragraph, secondary boycott is neither authorized nor approved.
