Impact

The parties to this Agreement hereby acknowledge the IMPACT Program adopted by the international Association of Bridge, Structural, Ornamental and Reinforcing Ironworkers. The International Association and Local 764 agree that at any time during the duration of this Collective Agreement the Union will fund IMPACT on a cents per hour contribution. It is also recognized that if such funding is established it will be collected, (i.e. industry Fund, Work Assessment, etc.) in a similar matter as such other funds are currently collected under our check-off system remittance forms. The proposed aforementioned contribution shall be exclusively funded by the Union from the hourly wage package as outlined in this Collective Agreement. The employer is not obligated to make any contribution to this program.
