— Management Rights

The Union agrees and acknowledges that the employer has the exclusive right, subject to limitation by the terms of this Agreement, to manage the business including the right to transfer employees from job to job, hire, direct, and promote carpenters to supervise the carpentry trade, discharge carpenters for just and sufficient cause, and increase the working force.
