— Recognition

The employer recognizes the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, Local 579 as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all carpenters, certified scaffolders, interior system mechanics, form workers, form worker-layout person, foreperson, general foreperson, carpenter apprentices, carpenter trade helpers in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
