- Term of Agreement

This Agreement shall be binding upon the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, Local 579 and its members and upon the employer and shall become effective upon the date of signing, and shall remain in full force and effect until and including the 30* day of April 2027, and shall continue from year to year thereafter; but should either party wish to change, add or amend this agreement, it shall give notice in writing at least thirty (30) days previous to the 30" day of April 2027, or the 30" day of April in any year thereafter. When such notice is given, it shall be the duty of the parties to hold a joint conference within 30 days of the giving of notice.
