— Jurisdictional Disputes

The employer recognizes the craft jurisdiction of the Local Union as specified in the Constitution and Laws of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, Local 579 to the same extent as the craft jurisdiction of other building trades unions is recognized.
