PURPOSE
1.01
The purpose of this Agreement is to maintain harmonious relations and settle conditions of employment between the employer and the Union; to recognize the mutual value of joint discussions and negotiations in all matters pertaining to working conditions, hours of work and scale of wages, and to encourage efficiency in operation and to promote the moral, well-being and security of all employees.
1.02
This Agreement shall apply to all plumbing and pipefitting in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
