JURISDICTIONAL DISPUTE
18.01
All jurisdictional disputes between the Union and any other building and construction trades union that involves any work undertaken by an employer shall be adjusted in accordance with the established National Joint Board for the settlement of jurisdictional disputes or any other plan or method or procedure which may be adopted in future by the Building Construction Trades Department A.F.L.C.I.O. Such disputes and prosecution of the work will not interfere in any way with the progress and prosecution of the work.
18.02
When a jurisdictional dispute exists between Unions and upon request by the Union, a signed letter on employer’s stationery, stating that the United Association members were employed on specific types of work on a given project.
