SUB-CONTRACTORS

The employer agrees not to sublet or contract out any work covered by the United Association Trade Jurisdiction unless the contractor to whom the work is sublet is under agreement with Local Union 740, the United Association, or one of its local unions. An arbitrator may award liquidated damages in the case of a proven violation of this clause.
