BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE PENSION TRUST FUND
27.01
To administer the Pension Trust Fund, a Board of Trustees consisting of six (6) persons » shall be formed. Three (3) persons shall be appointed by the Union and three (3) by the Contractors signatory to this Agreement. For decision-making purposes, a minimum of four (4) persons are required, two (2) designated by the Union and two (2) from the Contractors.
