BEREAVEMENT LEAVE
30.01
The employer shall pay up to three (3) days bereavement leave to any employee who suffers the loss of a member of their immediate family (parents, spouse, children (legal dependent), brothers, sisters, step-brothers, step-sisters, father-in-law, mother-in-law and grandchildren, grandparents, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, sister-in-law, brother- in-law).
30.02
Such leave shall not be made for time that would not normally have been worked by the employee, and under no circumstances will pay be granted for overtime missed as a result of the absence.
