ADMINISTRATION OF AGREEMENT
31.01
In order that the terms and provisions of this Collective Agreement be applied in a uniform and impartial manner, the Union and employer agree to meet at least twice each year for the purpose of discussing mutual problems and matters of interest.
31.02
Notwithstanding any clauses contained in this Agreement, new additions, deletions or changes may be made, if agreed, in writing by both parties.
