HIRING AND TRANSFER OF MEN

The Company agrees to hire and/or transfer men in any territory where work is being performed or is to be performed in accordance with the procedures outlined by each Council affiliates' local Area Agreement. In reference to the 48 hour rule, Article 3.300 applies.
