MANAGEMENT CLAUSE

The Company shall have full right to direct the progress of the work and to e~ercise all function and control, including, but not limited to, th e selection of the kind of materials, supplies, or eq uipment used in the execution of the work, the determination of the competency and qualifications of his Employees, and the right to discharge or lay-off any Employee for just and sufficient cause, provided, however, that no Employee shall be discriminated against.
