DURATION

This Agreement shall become effective on August 13, 2020 and shall remain or continue in effect until the 30th day of June, 2025. Should either party desire to change, amend, or terminate this Agreement after that date, the party concerned agrees to give the other party not less than sixty (60) days notice in writing prior to the termination date of this Agreement. In the event no such notice is given in time by either party, this Agreement shall remain in effect from year to year. CARPENTER LOCAL 1588 – INDUSTRIAL AUGUST 13, 2020 – JUNE 30, 2025
