INDUSTRY IMPROVEMENT FUND

All employers must contribute each month to the Industry Improvement Fund a total sum equal sixteen cents ($0.16) for each hour paid in that month to any employee covered by this Agreement. This will be paid by cheque made out in favour of the Industry Improvement Fund and forwarded to the Administrator at the following address on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of the following month: 260 Brownlow Avenue, Unit #1 Dartmouth, NS B3B 1V9 Separate cheques are to be issued for each trade classification that is being reported.
