TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT OR LAYOFF -

Layoffs shall occur only at 12:00 noon and normal quitting time. Each employee shall receive one (1) hours notice of layoff or one (1) hours pay in lieu of such notice at their regular rate of pay. Upon receiving notice of layoff an employee has the option to leave the site as soon as they have picked up and/or returned their tools and equipment, and if the employee does so leave the site they shall be entitled to be paid until 12:00 Noon or
