EMPLOYER DEDUCTIONS

Employers bound by this Agreement shall deduct and remit monthly to the Union office before the fifteenth (15th) day of the month, the following amounts, as set out below: For each employee in the employer’s workforce the employer SHALL DEDUCT the following: - Carpenters 83 Organizing Fund – the amount of twenty-two cents ($0.22) per hour worked. - Union Dues as per Article 5 – Union Security - Working Dues – 3.5% of gross pay These remittances, Organizing Fund, Initiation Fees, Union Dues and Working Dues, shall be made on forms provided to the employer by the Union indicating the specific fund breakdown.
