CARPENTER 83 PROMOTION FUND

The Employer shall remit ten cents ($0.10) per hour paid for each Carpenter employee covered by this agreement to the Carpenter 83 Promotion Fund (“Carpenter Fund”). Please note, the ten cents ($0.10) has been deducted from the employee’s wage package, therefore if the fund should cease to exist, the ten cents ($0.10) would revert back to the employee wage package. Payment shall be made to the Carpenter 83 Promotion Fund or to such collection agent as is designated by the Carpenter Fund on or before the 20th day of the month following the month of the work performed.
