All Union members must notify their respective Union representative within twenty-four (24) hours by fax, mail, telephone or in person when a Union member procures employment with a non-Union contractor or creates self-employment on their own accord. Failure to give notice as required by this Article may prohibit Union employers from employing such Union members unless the unionized employer is authorized by the Local Union.
