TERM OF AGREEMENT

The terms of agreement shall remain in force for Carpenters Local 83 from May 1, 2021, to April 30, 2026. Should either Party wish to change, add to or amend the above Agreement upon expiration, they shall give at least sixty (60) days notice in writing prior to the expiration of this Agreement with the proposed changes attached. Provided no such notice is given by either Party sixty (60) days prior to April 30th, 2026, this Agreement shall remain in force from year to year until such notice is given as provided herein. When such notice is given, the Parties shall meet within thirty (30) days for the purpose of negotiating a new Collective Agreement.
