STUDENT WORKERS

Employers may hire student workers at the discretion of the Union. The category of student worker shall apply to students who are currently active in an educational program towards a career in a construction-related field. A copy of any agreement between the Employer and the educational organization must be sent to the Union prior to the student starting work.
