The Lieutenant-Governor in Council may make regulations for carrying out the purposes of this Part and, in particular, may make regulations establishing a system by which an annual vacation, or a part of it, with or without vacation pay, may be taken by employees during the 12 month period during which the annual vacation is accruing.
