PART VII .2 TRAVEL COSTS — Travel costs from remote sites

Where an employer terminates the employment of an employee or lays off an employee who was employed by the employer at a remote site, the employer shall provide transportation for the employee without cost to the employee to the nearest point at which regularly scheduled transportation services are available.
