43.37
The Lieutenant-Governor in Council may make regulations
43.37(a)
prescribing classes of persons for the purpose of paragraph 43.34(1)(e );
43.37(b)
prescribing a purpose for which an employee may be granted a leave of absence under this Part;
43.37(c)
respecting the verification required under subsection 43.34(3), including the types of documents and records that may be used as verification and from whom they will be accepted; and
43.37(d)
generally, to give effect to this Part.
