In this Part,
43.38(a)
"Chief Medical Officer of Health" means Chief Medical Officer of Health as defined in the Public Health Protection and Promotion Act ;
43.38(b)
"cohabiting partner" means either of 2 persons who are cohabiting and have cohabited continuously in a conjugal relationship outside marriage for not less than one year;
43.38(c)
"designated communicable disease" means a communicable disease designated in the regulations; and
43.38(d)
"spouse" includes a cohabiting partner.
