43.5
(1) Parental leave ends on the earlier of
43.5(a)
61 weeks after it began; or
43.5(b)
96 weeks after the day the child is born or comes into the care and custody of the parent for the first time. (2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), parental leave may end on an earlier day if the employee gives the employer at least 4 weeks' written notice of that day.
