(1) The Lieutenant-Governor in Council may periodically appoint a Labour Standards Board to advise it on matters coming within the scope of this Act.
59(2)
A board appointed under subsection (1) shall consist of an equal number of representatives of employees and employers together with one other independent person who shall be the chairperson.
59(3)
The members of the board shall be paid the remuneration that the Lieutenant-Governor in Council may fix, together with reasonable expenses actually incurred in the discharge of their duties.
