12.100
When an Employee reports for work, unless previously advised there is no work available, they shall be entitled to three (3) hours pay at the appropriate day or shift rate. Should the employee start work or be required to wait at the jobsite, they shall be paid for hours worked or actual waiting time past the three (3) hours minimum.
