WORK BREAKS
14.100
It is agreed that all Employees covered by this Agreement will be permitted ten (10) minutes in each half of their respective regular, daily hours of work to drink coffee or refreshments on the job in the area or areas designated by the Company. It is, however, understood that this shall be done in such a manner that will not stop the normal operation of the job. Where a scheduled ten (10) hour day is established, the rest or coffee breaks will be two (2) breaks of fifteen (15) minutes each.
