UNION REPRESENTATION
7.100
The designated Union Representative of the Member Union shall be permitted to visit on the job after reporting to the senior Representative of the Company on the job, but will not interfere with the progress of the work.
7.200
Whenever security regulations prevent access to any job or project, the Company or its Representative, will give all possible assistance to the Union Representative in obtaining the necessary pass or permission to gain access to such job or project.
