INTERPRETATION — SAVING PROVISION

When used in this agreement, the words “Company and/or Employer” means a Company or individual party to this Agreement.

Saving Provision Should any part or provision of this Agreement be rendered or declared invalid by reason of any existing or subsequently enacted legislation, or by any decision of a court of competent jurisdiction, the provision or part of the Agreement thus rendered invalid shall not invalidate or effect the remaining portions hereof.
