13.01
The following Holidays shall be recognized: New Year's Day Labour Day Good Friday Christmas Day Victoria Day Boxing Day Armistice Day Canada Day Civic Holiday Thanksgiving Day Generally, holidays will be held or observed on the day decided by the Provincial Affairs Department of the Provincial Government. Any work performed on holidays, other than the optional one, and Sunday, shall be paid for at double the regular rates. Any holiday proclaimed by the provincial government during the life of this agreement will also be observed.
