DURATION

This Agreement shall come into effect on September 21, 2022 and shall remain in effect until the 30" day of April 2027. For commercial work this agreement is effective on October 16, 2022 or as mutually agreed between the employer and the union. For industrial work, the agreement is effective on September 25, 2022.
