Each party to whom a copy of a report is sent in accordance with section 109 shall, within 7 days after the date on which that party receives a copy of the report, notify the minister in writing
110(a)
whether the recommendations contained in the report have been accepted or rejected wholly or partly; and
110(b)
which recommendations have been rejected.
