PART I LABOUR RELATIONS BOARD — Written reasons

(1) In a matter that comes before it, the board and a panel shall give written reasons for its decision where requested to do so by the parties.

A set of reasons given by the board under subsection (1) shall be filed with the secretary of the board and copies shall be provided to the minister and each of the parties.
