an affidavit intended to be used in support of an application for an interim injunction to restrain a person from doing an act in connection with the strike or lockout shall be confined to the facts that the person who swears or affirms the affidavit is able of his or her own knowledge to prove, and a copy shall be served with the notice of motion; and
134(c)
the notice of motion shall be served in sufficient time before the time fixed for the hearing, not being less than 24 hours, to enable the person to attend at the hearing of the motion.
