The Lieutenant-Governor in Council may make regulations
147(a)
prescribing the time within which anything authorized by this Act shall be done;
147(a.1)
in response to the recommendations of an industrial inquiry commission;
147(b)
excluding an employer or employee or a class of employers or employees from this Act; and
147(c)
generally, to give effect to the purpose of this Act.
