Exceptions to Act
3
This Act does not apply to an employee in respect of whom collective bargaining may be conducted under
3(a)
the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act;
3(b)
the Fishing Industry Collective Bargaining Act;
3(c)
the Teachers Collective Bargaining Act;
3(d)
the Public Service Collective Bargaining Act; or
3(e)
sections 340.1 to 340.24 of The City of St. John's Act.
