Division I - Collective Bargaining — Term of first collective agreement

Where the terms and conditions of a first collective agreement are settled by the board under section 81, the agreement shall be effective for a minimum period of 18 months up to a maximum period of 36 months, as determined by the board, from the date on which the board advises the parties that it has determined that it is advisable to impose the terms and conditions of the collective agreement, or the date the employees returned to work, whichever is earlier.
