Division II - Collective Agreements — Single arbitrator

Where the parties to a collective agreement so agree, a single arbitrator may be appointed instead of an arbitration board, and, where a single arbitrator is appointed under this section, the arbitrator has the powers and duties conferred and imposed on an arbitration board under this Act.
